AG Processing embarked on a solution development journey in partnership with DataBank, leveraging Work View to address their access management challenges. A role-based template was introduced to provide a standardized starting point for different roles within the organization. This template offered a clear structure for granting access to various applications, such as Oracle, OnBase, and more.

Streamlined Workflow and Efficient Approval Process

With the new solution, AG Processing introduced a streamlined workflow that allowed different components of access setup to occur simultaneously. Instead of a sequential process, where approvals were required before setup, each access point could now proceed independently, expediting the overall setup process.
