City and County of San Francisco’s Mandy Johnson is our OnBase Community Spotlight member of the month. Her work to improve her citizen experience when applying for housing permits lead her to develop an OnBase workflow that has increased permit completeness and made the process easier for constituents, OnBase users, and her team.
