Matías ‘Matt’ Romero is an IT Business Analyst and OnBase System Administrator at the New Mexico Health Care Authority. With four years of OnBase experience, his favorite feature is Workflow, which has improved the efficiency of the Child Support Services Division (CSSD). Matt’s role on HCA’s Architecture Team includes significant achievements like implementing new workflows, completing a state-wide rollout to 15 CSSD offices, and developing Medicaid Management Information System Replacement (MMISR) modules. He plans to expand OnBase as a shared service across more state agencies. Matt enjoys working with a team dedicated to ensuring timely benefits for New Mexicans and sees growing interest in OnBase due to its success with CSSD and the Early Childhood Education and Care Department (ECECD).
